Terms of sale

Kedrel subscription at EUR 14.95 per month, after 30 free days, for consumers.

Language

The French version of these terms is the reference if the two differ.

Seller

The seller is the publisher named in the legal notice: [À COMPLÉTER], a French micro-enterprise, registered office [À COMPLÉTER], SIRET [À COMPLÉTER], publication director [À COMPLÉTER].

Offer

The subscription opens a Kedrel account. It lets you connect Google for mail, calendar, contacts and files, and decide which AIs may read or act, and with what rights.

It does not include a Google subscription, nor the subscription of an AI you connect separately. If those services are paid, you pay their provider.

The service is provided online. There is no delivery and no delivery fee.

Price

The price is EUR 14.95 per month. That is the amount paid. VAT is not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code.

Trial and term

The first 30 days from the creation of the account are free. A bank card is requested at sign-up. The first charge of EUR 14.95 is taken on day 31, unless you cancel before that date.

After that, EUR 14.95 is taken each month, on the same date, unless you cancel before the charge. There is no minimum term beyond the month that has started.

You cancel by closing the account in Settings, or by writing to [email protected], before the charge date. Closing the account deletes the data as the privacy policy describes. Nothing is due if you cancel during the 30 free days.

Payment

Payment is by bank card, through [PRESTATAIRE DE PAIEMENT À COMPLÉTER].

No payment is collected until that name is replaced by the provider actually connected. Before sign-up, you see the amount, the date of the first charge, and how to cancel.

Withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw, from the creation of the account, without giving a reason. The service may already be used during that time. The subscription is supplied continuously: it is not fully performed on the first day, and Kedrel does not ask you to waive this right.

You withdraw by writing to [email protected] or with the form at the bottom of this page. If an amount was taken, it is refunded within 14 days, by the same means of payment.

After those 14 days, you can still cancel before each charge, as described above.

Guarantees

The service is supplied continuously. The legal guarantee of conformity applies for the whole time the subscription is supplied, not only for two years after sign-up (article L217-7 of the French consumer code).

You can ask for the service to be brought into conformity. If that is impossible, you can ask for a price reduction or for the contract to be ended, as the law provides.

The hidden-defect guarantee of articles 1641 and following of the French civil code applies where the law makes it applicable. These guarantees cannot be set aside.

Complaints and mediator

That name can be published only after Kedrel has joined an accredited mediator. The official list is at https://www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso.

Applicable law

French law applies. The French text prevails. You may bring a claim before the court of your place of residence.
